Well as I promised to keep you guys updated I have talked with pirate and we decided to just cancel the transaction and him to refund my money but till now he has not refunded my money and I believe that is very sketchy as he continues to tell me that he has to verify the paypal info but his parents aren't home so I have given him two full day now including this one but he still has not refunded so I will wait till tonight for my refund and if I dont receive anything I will contact my bank and explain everything and most likely they will ask me to speak to authorities. So we will see what happens and if this user can refund by tonight.

yeah ive been waiting for almost a week and a half now. I dont know whats going on. He hasnt even sent a tracking number or anything.
