So i want a new PC. I'd like to have at least i3 in it, so yeah. It can cost anything up to 1500 US dollars. If anyone has any good suggestions, feel free to put them in here

The Toshiba laptop you listed has a very slow HDD. It's also using that slow HDD as its boot drive, which is never a good idea.

OP: What is this for? You have a high budget but it seems you have pretty low needs.

I like the look of this.

Great processor, more than enough memory and a big hard drive.

And it comes with keyboard and mouse, leaves you enough money behind to buy a decent monitor.

I would be very wary of a system like that. There's no telling what sort of devilish PSU they put in there. I noticed more than a few comments were about failed parts, too. Build your own for better all-around quality.

I am currently planning a build with your same budget, what do you plan on using the computer for?

It's not really good. Strong CPU but a really bad motherboard, PSU and GPU.
