I'm attempting to make another ISO disk but i was wondering about a step. Some people were instructing to run the ISO through wx360 and then abgx 360 and others say to do abgx then wx360. If anyone knows if one method is right or wrong would you please help me out?

so if i just run it through abgx, then add the patch in wx360 and put it on imgburn i should be good?

i would do abgx360 first because that will stealth patch it so you don't get caught and banned then do wx360 because that is what you use to customize your iso and if you do wx360 first every time u want to burn a new patch u have to use abgx360.
