I don't think so unless you get an infection that force hosts you.

Well there is a way that only works sometimes, start searching for a game and when its searching start uploading a video to youtube thats bigger than 100 mb, it will make you lag like hell but once your host stop uploading and you should be host, thats how i used to lock my lobbies !
