Most languages capable of game development could achieve this. Specifically, angry birds will have been rewritten/converted for each platform:
- Android: Java
- iOS: Objective-C
- Web: HTML5+JS+CSS or Flash

Java is a language which you can use both in web development, game dev, and applications. I have a set of 15 or so tutorials in the sticky in this section if you wish to learn Java. Java is a very powerful and its ability to implemented into a website makes it an ideal language to know.
