Well,
To obtain all weapon camos and attachments, you would also have to buy challenges. Which are normally put around here on the site for 15 dollars I believe.

So the thought of someone providing you with free service... it is unlikely.

1. Their called 'camos' not 'skins'

2. I dont think you being 10th already is going to affect anything.

3. I tried to get into a lobby for free and I was searching for about 6 months, to no avail. Take my advice and dont bother trying.
