To be completely honest (and I'm not being mean) If you don't know what that HANA chip is or the term "reflow" you may do better to send it to be fixed. Personally I fix E74 for $20.


come on really!! i already have my xbox open up and have token the motherboard out and now ur telling me to not do it!!!!

I don't know if you know how to fix JTAGs butI might aswell ask, so my JTAG has 3RROD and Blackscreen and it got these problems right after i flashed a KV and I would reflash the KV but xell doesnt work and my JTAG doesnt have a LPT if adding an LPT port is the only solution I can do that.

Secondary error code would be very helpful...

I apologize for that, but if you are not sure what you are doing, it's probably better to have an experienced person do it rather than ruining your 360 trying.

One the eject button wont work, Its not catching or something..
The other, says "Open Tray" When i put a Disc In...

Eject button not working or tray not ejecting? As far as the Open Tray error, you can do certain things to try and slightly extend the life of the drive, but the more permanent and better solution is to simply replace the drive. In any case, both of your consoles are easy fixes.
