I actually didn't know the answer to your question... so I did the only reasonable thing I could... I ripped apart a 360 PSU...

The top 2 wires should be red... they go in the spots labeled 7 and 8 on the board.

The middle 3 should be yellow, and they go into spots 4, 5, and 6 (even though 5 isn't labeled it's the one in between 4 and 6...lol

The bottom 3 are the black ground wires... they go into 1, 2, and 3... (and I know there's no #1.. it's the dot...

Hope that helps!

Here are some pics for reference...

I don't do JTAGs... I have no need to destroy a perfectly good 360.

Umm, actually there should have been no wires, just metal connections. So I listed what you should have to rewire it. You should have 7-8 connections. (Sometimes #8 (a red one)isn't there)

Xbox 1: Doesn't have Video//Audio, people told me to reflow HANA/GPU But I don't know how it's done..

Xbox 2: Freezes on start up.

People are close on that one. If you have no video BUT you have audio, then you would need to reflow those chips. But no audio AND no video is maybe the AV port itself.

Xbox 2: That is a RAM and GPU reflow.

I gave you pictures to show you how and where the wires needed to be soldered. Description of what wires go where. I don't know what else I can do... And it had to have been broken because stock PSU don't have an wires, so someone has already tried to work with it.
