So Im playing Black Ops today trying to get my next golden gun and i get signed out. I sign back in and i see:

I called Xbox and the guy literally told me "I Don't Know" He told me my acc looked fine and that it might of been a mistake.

"But theres nothing i can do" he said.

This is so **** up i lost my 15th Prestige that i worked hard to get. Im so mad right now..

Guys feel free to discuss how **** up Xbox Workers are.
