turn on your ps3.
go to network settings
go to internet connection settings
click custom
when it says DNS type in
67.202.81.137 for your primary and secondary
click save, and youre done
then sign on and you should have bypassed the 3.70 update.

then go to custom and keep going over till you see dns settings.
and enter what i put in when i made the topic.
