ok same thing happened to me either clear system cache like i did <--didnt wrk so u called xbox n they said the new dashborad update could b corrupted so i hade to re download it

go to system settings go to hard driver then hover over it

hit LB,RB,X,LB,RB,X

n it should ask u to delet dashboard n say yes then re download it n it should stop let me know it i hlped
