iv had my gamertag modded for a long time now, today they finally made me change my gamertag to play on xbl, lol, most people report your gamertag than file complaints on modding because most people dont even know its a mod... so good luck

Mine has been modded for a while. As long as you have something you think people will like they wont report you.

IF you have a recent history of modding or have been banned, it could be permanent.

You can get your Account Name changed, One of these reasons is because most immature retards on LIVE report your gamertag for innapropriate name, because its modded and they arent smart enough to report you for hacking, so the most harm done so far could be a name change. Which isnt too bad, you still get to keep your account and Mod, then if it gets reported again change it back to your original Live name. Simple as that.

If You have a modded name, and lots of people report you, you will get a temporarily ba, (4-5 Days), then if you get caught again you get a longer ban (1 Month), then if you get caught for the 3rd time, you get a permenent ban, untill you change your name using Microsoft points.
