i use avast..its extremely reliable and updates often to keep you protected, AVG is also very good.

Either Avast or Microsoft Security Essentials, i've used them both and their about the same

Avira or ESET NOD32, Malwarebytes, Sandboxie, and Spybot-Search and Destroy. You will probably never have a problem as long as you do not run suspicious files.

i also use malwarebytes aswell as avast along side it for double protection, you will also find that some anti-virus's slow your computer , well i have them both running at the same time and my laptop runs as smooth as a whistele
