Someone who knows alot about Jtags, is this a good one? And does it sound legit?

I am selling my Jtagged Xbox 360 console. Console works fine and I haven't had a red ring since I've owned it. The Xbox has the Xenon motherboard but has the updated heatsinks of the newer boards on it and better thermal paste as well. I've also done the x-clamp mod on it. It also has a Samsung DVD drive with flashed firmware so you can play your backup games as well. It has the 13146 dashboard (the one for kinect) on it and can use custom dashboards or anything else if you so choose. I can include the stock firmware as well as the modded firmwares and all the software you need to do your own flashes. I will also include the CPU key and the DVD key in case you need those as well. It has a standard 20gb xbox hard drive. I planned on upgrading the hard drive to a 500 gb one to install games on it so I wouldn't need to use the disks but currently lack the cash which is why I am selling this. I am including the Xbox 360 console, power supply and composite AV cable. I do not have a controller myself so I cannot include it. Need to sell by this weekend. Thanks for looking.
