Well it depends.

He said he "downloaded it",if he means from the internet it means he got an ISO and didn't extract the game files.

All he has to do is load the ISO in wm360 and extract the game files via that.

Then he should have all the games files including the .ff's and .xex's.

If he mean't downloaded as in ripped from his game,well yes his dvd drive isn't detecting his games correctly and he'll need to fix it.

The files he described sounded that of a bad iso. He simply needs to find a correct iso and extract said files and place them into his box.

You download an ISO Then Extract that ISO Through Wx360 ITll take around 10 mins The you put all files on USB Then Run Xexmenu then Paste the game in your games folder!
