How do you know it is only four and not somewhere between his 4 and 14 killstreak rewards? You can't tell. All you know is that something is 4 and jugg is 14. And so people know what AC-130 landmine means is when this sets off and AC-130 shoots at the location to kill whoever walks near the landmine.

if you look at the bottom right hand corner, you can see that there are only 4 bars that need to be lit up to achieve it. You can tell that the landmine is the point streak with the lowest streak required because it is below the predator missile and juggernaut.
