Upload it to imageshack or photo bucket or whatever, get the link and put

[img] URL here [/img] each side of it.

Upload to a site like tinypic or photobucket then copy the image url into your profile page where it says

mate upload it on tiny pic and btw it has to be 160 by 160
or it better to sign up to photobucket ive just done that and that saves me alot of time and i get to keep them all

Try what they said ^ and if it doesn't work, make sure it's 100 x 100 pixels.
