it just gives you options to kick and and be a clan leade other then that its up to the clan leader

An administrator really runs the clan and tells people in the clan what to do.

If it's like any clan i've been in (not too many) You can setup the clan matches (if you're that type of clan) you can recruit new members, you can kick members, etc.
