Typing Pad didn't work. I needed a receipt or proof of purchase.
The only thing is that you can try is say is you bought it 2 months ago. I said 2 weeks so they were suspicious because the assumed I have the reciept.
Going to try again in a bit.

Tell them you threw it away because you were not expecting it to stop working so quickly. That way you would be getting a free typing pad and insulting Microsoft at the same time

Controller doesn't work. They make you send your "broken one" in. I told them multiple times and explained in multiple ways, I didn't want to send it in. They still said I had to.
