WTF did you do??? I dont think there is a way to fix that, you might need to buy a new screen/monitor.

Also, if its brand new and from a store, it probaly has a warranty. See if they will take care of it.

I need a estimate of how much you think it would cost if I took it in a shop and ask them to replace a 18 inch screen ?
