Avatar: 100x100
Signature: 340 x 40
The signature HAS to be 340x40, but the Avatar can be any size if it's exactly a square, (100x100,200x200,300x300,1000x1000,etc.)
TTG will re size your avatar, so i'd suggest 1000x1000 so it looks clearer and better.
