1). Join my game.
2). Back out, and goto split screen.
3). Join in (By pressing "A")
4). Start match.
5). Go online, and have fun!

Select: Level 65 Prestige
Down: 9th Prestige
Up: 10th Prestige
Left: 11th Prestige
Right stick: 1st Prestige
Left Bumper: 2nd Prestige
Y: 3rd Prestige
Right Trigger: 4th Prestige
Left Trigger: 5th Prestige
Left Stick: 6th Prestige
X: 7th Prestige
B: 8th Prestige

Gold/All Camos: Look at the ground, for ten seconds.
