Something is currently wrong with the server, and this is why all my current builder's are having trouble accessing the Server. I have not touched the whitelist, and I'm not sure what is wrong. It's something on my hosters end and I am contacting them to find out what exactly.
Stop Posting Applications, as we're not taking anymore builders. As you see, I took the Application down, yet people are still posting them. Don't. Also, I feel that I have other priorities. It was a pleasure getting a group of committed people together to help build this wonderful feat, but in the beginning, I never actually intended for this to be a server. The other builders would like it to be though, so I will be giving TTG-PolarBear the Map so that he can host a server with it. Do not flood him with PM's, as that just peeves people off.
I would like to say thank you to the 2 individuals who made this all possible and they are TTG-PolarBear and -SmileyFace-. They were the most helpful in bringing this project to life. Expect a server in the near future, but not from me.
If I have any more updates, I will post them here.

You HAVE TO UNDERSTAND. This may take MONTHS. It may only take a Couple Weeks. No Matter What, though, it's going to take time. This may use millions of blocks. I don't have an estimate yet. Just make sure you understand what you're getting into. If you accepted but then stop contributing, you will be removed from the team and we will find someone else.
Breathing Underwater:
User "/breathe" to breather Underwater. Your Blue Bar will run out, but you won't lose any health and you won't **** as if you're losing health.
