Ok SOo..
Im using Jungle flasher to flash but when i open it,
at the beginning it says ''No drives found during enumeration !''

Does this mean my Sata card aint compatible its a built in ''Intel ICH9/ICH8/ICH7'' and im using Windows 7 64bit ??

Any help will be appreciated.....

You can use Win 64 with jungle flasher. You need a via chipset, though. Buy a via add-on PCI SATA card (SATA-I is fine).
