make sure your disc is clean before you even start burning it for future reference
make sure its clean when you are about to hotswap aswell
put the top of the xbox case back on while you install to your hard drive to stop and light affecting it
if all else fails its probably memorex discs. their quality aint as high as verbatims

thanks but its when im on my computer do i need another patch because the burn stops at a random number should i buy new discs or use a different computer
