So i look at the file and I see it says .screensaver or wut ever as a type and on the error it said the cxcess was not something. Then I realised oh shit I downloaded a virus. So i found it and put the application on my desktop but have NO Idea what to do. If you have an av then run a scan on your computer, or download Malwarebytes. Also if you have the file just delete it and see if that works. If all of that fails than your prob just going to have to re-install windows. 1st i would do a scan with your av and download Malwarebytes.

- Reboot your PC into safe mode.

- System restore to a week back.

- Once done, run Malwarebytes.

Make sure you have a up to date antivirus aswell as a firewall.
Run regular scans and if you dont think a file is safe, it most probably isnt.

I would suggest, getting a portable hard drive, then backing all of the stuff you want onto that, then whe you boot up your computer after press F11 and restore you computer to factory setting therefore removing the virus, But make sure you back up your files, otherwise they will all be gone .
