My Ipod touch has no sound, Also when I press play it instantly goes back to pause.? anyone had this issue before and yes the volume is all the way up.

let the video buffer first, if that doesn't work put in or take out your headphones to see if that makes any difference.

Go to your settings to see if you have anything disabled or turned off. If nothing works. Sync your iDevice, then restore and see if the settings are fixed.
