Is it likely and has anybody got into trouble using Paypal and hosting tenth lobbies....

Its pretty unlikely you will. Use google checkout. Paypal can lock you account and you will lose you $

never because people when i host lobbies they send as service or something else, sure they can disupute the money after they have been in my lobby but i have proof of that they got service then i report them and i get my money back and they have to delth with paypal.
