OK before i say anything I am not the creator of this i have found it and plan to share this with the community. Here are the steps and the download.

1.)Open your device and go to "content".
2.)Then inject the profile folder from the zip file.
3.)To use the mods, sign out of your account, go tothe main menu "where it says solo, coop campaign, nazi zombies, etc."and then sign into "Walkerneo's MODS"

4.)Resume game.
It will kick you before the game starts,it's supposed to do that, so once you're back at the menu,
5.)sign out and sign into your regular account.

The mods should then work

right bumper is always noclip

left bumper is always toggle game speed

Dpad_up - toggle notarget, kill all zombies, disable spawning

Dpad_right - Give all
