First u need to download this patch (or if u have another patch u can use that usually)
[ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

Once you have downloaded that, go to your main folder, and put the patch in there. Then load up AlterIWNet and go to private match. It will freeze when you click start for about 15sec-2mins and then the game will load up very slowly, and there you go your in your own modded lobby! Very easy to mod!
