This lobby cost microsoft points (1600,4000,etc)
This is how it works you send Loki The Evil the microsoft points and i will go in to private match and you back out and go to split screen then start the match when in the match it will will say loading and the percent will go from 1 to 100 and you then go online and there you go you have a permanent mod menu
