1 find an account you want to unban.
2Go to My Xbox, and then select System Settings then Select Memory.
3 Highlight your storage device, and then press Y
4 Select Clear System Cache.
5 Find all of your files, games, demos, music..
There should be at least 1 corrupted file in one of the folders. DELETE CORRUPTED FILES!
6 Delete the account from the harddrive and recover it back and it should be unbanned
