Well im looking for some headphones,

they need to be durable as they will be ones I use when im out and about,

In ear headphones are better than over-hear, If you do recomend over-hear try to not recommend ones to flashy!

Sound quality is what is important to me, rather than comfort. (Bass enhancement )

EDIT - price range is about 200 and below

thank you!

Budget?

Don't listen to people that recommend Beats, Skullcandy, or Bose. They have poor sound quality for what you pay and build quality.

No. You can get far better sound quality from Sennheiser HD 25-1 IIs. Even the $25 Koss Portapros compete with the Solos.

For 200 and below, you should look at the Shure SE315s, the Shure SE215s, the Klipsch Image S4s, and the Monster Turbines. There are a bunch of other in-ears, and I can list them if none of those are for you. I recommend the SE315s or the Turbines. If you can get Pro Golds, even better.

For over-ears, look at the Aiaiai TMA-1s, the Sennheiser HD 25-1 IIs, and the Koss Portapros.

For larger headphones, look at the Audio Technica ATH-M50s, the Beyerdynamic DT770s (Not the Pro), the Grado SR 80i, SR 225i, the Alessandro MS-1, Sennheiser HD 555s, Ultrasone HFI-580, the Shure SRH-750DJ, and many more. Again, tell me if you want more suggestions.
