I have posted before but is this computer average for rendering, recording, and editing videos. It really doesnt have to be amazing but better than a laptop. Post your thoughts.
What would you change to make it better? I need to keep it at about 900 or lower including shipping. Please help me out. Or should I just go with a completely different computer.

you would want to get 8gb of ram, upgrade the gpu to a amd radeon hd 6870, and upgrade the psu to 700w. that would cost $804 excluding shipping and handling. that leaves some room for other imporvments, like a case with better airflow, etc.

Can i suggest you could get an Alienware Aureoa:

They have an i5 quad core prosessor 3.4ghz with 8gb ram, 1tb hard drive, nvidia 480 graphics, (1gb)Vram totel. only like $1200
