yes the code is correct because it comes up with it on the xbox it just says theres an error

if they dont work get a refund and one for free

it was from a website where you get the code emailed to you, i dont know which website though

try going to dash board, then over to where it says like add micro soft points or something then add the there if it doesnt work then go back to the store and get your money back and buy another one. i hope i helped!

this may mean that your account is temporarily suspended for some reason. This happened to me around when shangri la came out (i had forgotten to renew my subscription or something). Call up xbox customer service, tell them what's up; you'll probably have to return the MS points card you have and get a new one (because when this happened to me, they said that once the code is entered into the "invalid" account - the card becomes useless.) Sorry man!

If its from a website that you dont no i dont think your gonna be able to get any help im sorry if you new the website you could e-mail them asking if they are sure they have activated your code but cant give no more advice than that sorry
