The V6 is definitely not for you if you want bass. The V6 is a Studio headphone and most Studio headphones are neutral as far as I know. The XB700 would be a better choice. Objectively the XB700 measures much better than the V6. Pretty much any decent headphone will have better extension than the Beats Studios.

Heres some measurements:

I would look no further than this. You'll love the sound, and the value at this price is great!

This is an authorized dealer for Fischer Audio, which has products that are frequently hard to find, but definitely worth going out of your way to get.

Tell me if you would rather spend less or want something different!

The XB700 would be better for bass, but the V6's don't necessarily slouch. If you want something with an equal amount of bass, then you'll have to go with the XB700. The V6 is on the brighter side so if you care a lot about vocals, the V6 would be a bit better.

And for 100GBP in ears, the GR07 might be a bit anemic sounding to you. They're warm (full) sounding, but they wouldn't be my first choice because their bass errs closer to the neutral side than anything. You could probably get a Fischer Audio Eterna (make sure it's the rev. 1. I've only heard the rev. 1, but I've heard that the rev. 2 is noticeably less bassy) for way under budget. You can probably get the Xears N3i for cheaper than the Eterna, but they aren't exactly stylish. Then again, what kind of creeps look in your ears?
