Since you listen to both bassy genres and rock, I'd go for something more neutral if not slightly bassy.

If you can spend a bit more, I would get the Brainwavz M2. Great build and sound quality for the price, and the sound is a little bassy. Since there are quite a lot of options from 0-50 dollars in the IEM market, have a look at the guide in the OP. They're all good choices, and you won't make a bad choice from that guide!

if i was to up my max price to $100 and listen to mostly dubstep, what would you recommend then?

I've heard good things about the TDK WR700. It's not Bluetooth, but Kleer wireless, which is far better for audio.

If you absolutely CAN NOT have a wire, I'd get these. There are better headphones that use wires, but these are the best wireless option I know of in your price range.

In that case, I'd get the Shure SE215 or the Sony MDR-EX510. Maybe the Hippo VB if you want the bassiest IEMs you can find.

Ah, how could I forget those!? The editor of the review site I work for has a pair of those and he likes them. He actually wants me to get a pair of my own too. Get those instead, since they're a safer choice.

If you could tolerate wires, you can get the Sony XB700 or AKG K181DJ, but the TDK's should be "okay" for you.

There aren't too many IEM's at $100 that have great bass (the Triple Fi is more expensive in the US for some reason) other than maybe something by DUNU, like the Hephaes, but I haven't heard. What I have heard, however, are the yet-to-be-released DUNU Hawkeye and DUNU Crater and they're spectacular for bassy music. I don't know how much they're going to cost, but I doubt it'd be any more than $80 for either. They're not worth much more than that IMO. The Sony's r00t_b33r recommended are probably a good option. The EX500's were bassy and I'd assume their successors are too. The Shures seem to be decent.

You have SO many great options. If you want in-ear headphones, the Monster Turbine Pro Gold, Sennheiser IE7 (Or the IE8 if you can get them cheaper. Watch out for fakes!), and the Sony MDR-EX600. If you prefer over-ear cans, Ultrasone has some good options for you. The Pro 750, HFI-780 and HFI-580 are all very good bassy headphones. Still, Ultrasones are not the only option. There are plenty of other bassy over-ears out there. There are also on-ear headphones, which have much fewer options. The Aiaiai TMA-1 is good if you wanta bassy sound, though.

There are way to many to list, so have a look at the guide in the OP. There are tons more to choose from.
