No, and I think you may have missed my extensive explanation of exactly why they are horrible.

basically anyone who rips on beats is either too poor to buy them or someone that listens to strictly country music. I have 3 pairs of beats and no problems with any of them

You need to read the OP, too. I've established that I can easily afford to buy the entire line of Beats (not each, all of them) and numerous reasons why they're not good headphones.

To both of you, have you tried any headphones in the $300 price range other than Beats, Bose, or whatever else is at your local electronics store? If you haven't you have absolutely no valid opinion.

Because commercials tell them they're the best. They're horrible in a comparative sense. People rave about them because the only other headphones they've likely used are iBuds and Beats sound drastically different (they actually have some sort of palpable bass) so they're impressed. That's like going from a Gremlin to a Hummer. The Hummer's completely different than a Gremlin and do different things well. If the same people heard something like the Ultrasone HFI580, which is much better at a third of the price, Beats would descend into oblivion. But nobody does research anymore because it's "too much work" and instead buy what commercials tell them to buy. Or they get them to follow the crowd.

Popularity =/= Quality, in nearly every instance I've come across. Quite the contrary. You can not refute the facts and subjective opinions comparing Beats to other headphones. The other headphones are significantly cheaper and significantly better. It goes a lot deeper than just sound quality, as well.
Also, I would like you to tell me why I'm wrong.

You've got a number of great options at and around the $200 price point, like the Monster Turbine Pro Gold, Vsonic GR07, Future Sonics Atrios, Radius W Pro DDM, and Sony MDR-EX600. You really can't go wrong with any of these, as they're all excellent IEMs with great bass. If you're after the most bass, though, the Turbine is what you're after. If you're looking for something cheaper, have a look at the guide in the OP. There are far too many good choices to list.

This is going to get lost if I don't reply to this:
Loudness? Uhh, you should probably take care of your ears better than that unless you want a hearing aid when you're 30. But the JVC FTX90 is an awesome bassy IEM. The Turbine Pro Golds are great too, but they may be over your budget.
