Ive posted twice before now the first recommendation you gave was the vsonic gr06's however frogbeats was out of stock at that moment in time. After it saying "restock soon" in the stock status for over a month I posted again and you linked me to a ebay link to them being sold and shipped from Hong-Kong. Now the price of them has gone up to 43.51 and 3.78 for the shipping from Hong-Kong which will probably take the poop.

So for that budget is there anything else you could suggest for me or are these still the best earphones i could get for this money? On frogbeats it now says restock in 2weeks but I can imagine it will be closer to 2months

Budget: 30 - 40 GBP but im willing to spend more if its worth it. Basicly quite flexible.

Music preference: Trance,House,Electro,Drum and bass, basicly EDM mainly Trance because Trance is awesome.

Type / form factor and portability: In ear

Open/Closed (Not for in-ear):

Source(s): Ipod touch. computer and Android phone.

Thanks

Rune wrote Ok, I decided im going to buy the Audio Technica 50th Anniversary ATH-M50 Limited Edition. Yes im buying the limited editon because they look cooler. Anyways, wheres a good website to buy these headphones from?

There's nothing wrong with buying good headphones that look good! Keep in mind, though, the M50 has been bested by the Ultrasone HFI-580 (especially if you want a bassier sound) and the Brainwavz HM5. Still, they're a fantastic headphone! Here's the lowest price I could find. I didn't look hard.

Sorry you're having a hard time with this. There are plenty of other options, like the Hisoundaudio Popo (New release, heard good things), Meelectronics A151, Dunu Crius, and Dunu Ares.

Not going well for me..... Frogbeats was the only place that sold any of those earphones. DUNU Crius- Out of stock - no restock
Dunu ares - Out of stock - stock end of march
HisoundAudio Popo - out of stock - stock end of march
MEElectronics A151 - out of stock - stock end of this month
Vsonic GR06 - out of stock - stock 2weeks

The problem with frogbeats now is I don;t even wanna wait 2weeks for the Vsonics as I'm pretty sure that 5weeks later it will still say 2weeks.

Reallly don;t know what to do? Know any other Reliable places I could get earphones from in the UK or any other suggestions? Really sorry to keep having to ask but im not having any luck.

Also what are the MEElectronics CC51 or the Fischer Audio Golden Wasp like? Would they suit my sort of music? They seem to be the only items actually in stock on frogbeats

Wow, Frogbeats really IS having a bad time. The Golden Wasp is alright, but extremely bassy. If you want that, go for it. Here's a good review.

The CC51 would not be bad either. Ishcabible did a review on these!

Okay I've had a look at the review for the CC51 they seem pretty good, To be completley honest money isn't a problem really in a way I'm willing to spend way more as to be honest I really listen to music alot and its not like I'm wasting my money on earphones when I listen to around 6 or more hours of music a day. The thing is with all the previous earphones ive had ive never reallly owned anything expensive. Im afraid if I purchase anything to pricey they will break on me way too quickly and i end up with money wasted.

Basically I'm trying to say is it worth it for someone like me who spends alot of time everyday listening to music to spend more money on some good earphones? Would having better earphones actually benefit me bearing in mind that I love to listen to music? I'm kind of stuck on what to do... Surely most of the earphones have warranty right? So if they break you're money isnt wasted? I Don't know would you suggest spending more money and what would you say is a reasonable amount to spend to get the best out of some Trance music

Well, I listen to some trance, and I find that a neutral signature makes it the best. That's why I recommended the GR06, because it's very neutral and natural-sounding. I think that sound would compliment the music. The VSonic GR07 doesn't have the availability problems teh GR06 seems to be having, and they have the same sound. The GR06 is a lower-quality little brother to the GR07, which is one of the best IEMs in its price range. If you think it's worth it, it's $180 on Amazon. IEMs that are really expensive start have "diminishing returns." You can pay more, but you're getting less out of your money. I think around $150 or $200 is pretty ideal for IEMs if you can afford it. Also, look at the guide (which I really need to update) to see more options. There are TONS!
