Yeah, but they're definitely not for everyone. Fill out the form and I'll be able to tell if they're the right choice at the price point. Legendary cans, though!

Hey I bought Shrue SE215 headphones like you suggested and I didn't use them as much as I thought I would, they are good headphones though! If you refer them to anyone else I am selling them on ebay for $75 buy it now or $30 starting on auction! [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

Bump, what are your opinion on these headphones?

I know little about JBL as a company, but after hearing about what Harman (its parent company) did to AKG (another subsidiary), added to a headphone marketed in the low budget range, I would not expect much from these.

Also, found this on Wiki: "There are two independent divisions within the company JBL Consumer and JBL Professional. The former produces audio equipment for the home market while the latter produces professional equipment for the studio, installed sound, tour sound, portable sound (production and DJ), and cinema markets."

If JBL has a good reputation for their professional products, it may not carry over to its consumer products.
If you get the chance try the out, i think they sound very good for $40.

The Tim Mcgraw line is basically rebranded low end AKG headphones. The on ears are K520's (don't know how those are) and the in ears are the craptastic K321. Craptastic might be a bit harsh, but it's really clear AKG spent...no effort into tuning them.

In your opinion for speakers, what do you consider for a guy like me who loves dubstep and listens to rap occasionally? I love bass too. My price range would probably be from $0 - $200?

Other preferences: Comfortable, preferably with non-leather pads.

Thanks!

Definitely the Audio Technica AD700 with a Zalman ZM-1 mic. The pads are velvet, the cans are killer for gaming, they're light, and you should be able to wear these for a LONG time without fatigue. Sorry for the delay, been constantly sidetracked.

Also, they need to be wireless/bluetooth

Sennheiser MM 550 if you can pay an extra $30, MM 400-X or MM 400 if not. These won't perform nearly as well as similarly-priced wired headphones, though.
