I meant to say $0 - $60.
And I'd actually recommend the same thing even with a higher budget. Unless Ishcabible can chime in with something better I'm not aware of for around $60, I still recommend the 5010. They punch well above their weight and it's money well-saved.

Like I said earlier, I can't think of anything with better bass under $100. You need to go to at least $150 for something significantly better. For some reason, a lot of the 0-75 IEMs are pretty bright, not bassy. The Atrio X MIGHT be a contender, but I haven't heard that.
