My absolute favorite for the price range would be this: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] and it's exactly in your budget for the V2 and HM5 pads. But they're large and you probably want an amp (though I've never been underwhelmed without one, but they probably won't get loud enough for you without one.

Honestly for pop, the most fun sounding headphone I can think of is the Beats Pro, which is easy to find used in your budget. But if you're not up for that, the Ultrasone HFI780 is technically superior for about the same price.
