Not only CAN you be banned for accidently signing in...you WILL be banned (instantly might I add). There's a simple fix...go to your Family Settings and block Xbox Live Access. Then...you won't accidently sign in. You can also use a program called Dashlaunch and can set it to block XBL DNS.

Not quite sure what you are asking about the "carepakages bunkers skybases", but there are alot of great patches to use for offline MW2 use (Cows Mod Menu, CraigChrist's "So Stoned", etc. etc.). Just grab a modded default_mp for TU6, a patch and TU6...and have fun.

Other good games that have fun offline mods are Red Dead Redemption, Cyrsis 2, the Halo series, L4D, etc. Check out the downloads section here or the JTAG Game Modding section.

You can still system link infections for COD4 and WaW...but it could be patched at anytime. If that's a primary reason why you are looking to purchase one (online modifications)...a JTAG might not be for you.

No idea why you're mentioning the R6T3,that has absolutely nothing to do with getting banned.

To answer your question,if you attempt to login to live you will be banned,accident or not.

I'm going to be frank here,I personally don't think you should buy a JTAG,because you seem to want one solely to mod games,and want to host Call of Duty mods.

People who buy JTAGs for these reasons always end up getting bored of them and trying to sell them.

If you have interest in the other features of JTAGs then it might be worth it,but if not then I'd advice you reconsider.
