Well, i have an american xbox, but i moved to germany and here they only have the german game add-on (rezurrection) yes i did try to change region but it didnt work!!

go to the site and try there to change your region
if it don't work call microsoft.
hope i helped
maybe 800smp or 1200msp to get the map pack :p

call microsoft and they will sort it out for you. Happend to my friend when he moved to america for 2 years, he just called microsoft and they sort it for him.
