turn my xbox on and i get the error code and the dvd drive will not open??

yes its called error 67

just send it to microsoft

they will fix it you can't play the xbox that xbox is done

E65: DVD Drive Error - Dvd drive is not DMA configured :Wrong firmware, dvd is without f/w chip, etc. This can also be caused by the tray not being fully closed on boot.

with that being said. did you try and flash the drive, take it apart to do something, or etc?

and did you install the newest update, what board is it

PUSH the dvd drive shut or you got a bad flash on the drive, make sure the drive is connected or you burned it up by putting the power connector in backwards
