cant transfer licnces between accounts only consoles
the console its on is the licence holder.
yet i cant use any of it

its no longer on the marketplace

to re buy it go to your other account that has the avatar clothing.
then sign in the second profile on the second controller.
then on controller 1 go to download history and find the avatar clothing.
then press a on controller 2 and re buy.
its for if the avatar clothing or content is not on there now

There is a way just follow these steps
Requirements:

Profile (You want it on)
The avatar file/s
Flash Drive
Modio
Horizon

1. Plug your flash drive into your Xbox 360.
2. Then go into your avatar items and copy/move it to your Flash Drive.
3. Go to your computer and open modio and horizon.
4. Open up horizon and go to the avatar items and drag the file to the desktop.
5. Then Open up modio and drag the file from the desktop to modio.
6. Drag your profile to your desktop too.
7. Double click on the profile id and erase the numbers that are there and replace it with your profile id from your account profile.
8. Save the avatar item and then copy it from the desktop to horizon and your done.
