You know the laboratories right? It's to the right of the black pyramid behind the Power Switch. Once you're there you should see some work stations (you can tell that they're there because the work stations are lighter than the other decor in the room).

They have small pieces of paper on them. On one of these tables (there are 5 in total on 3 floors) is the Hacker Device.
