Hello TTG,

Since I see a lot of people needing help with making permissions files I decided I'd code some for you.

Just post below what you want as in ranks and abilities. I'll keep this post short so thats it!

Do you mean the prefix so there prefix will be V.I.P and the color will be what ever colort &f and &5 is so for example V.I.P BLUE?
