how does richtofen get the vrill generator cause we got so far and are at the point buit its not at the bottom of hes screen

From what I now read.
You need CotD and La's achievement to have it.
Given you collect those items in those maps.

false. i get the rod all the time and i dont have the shangri-la easter eagg complete

and yes i do know this is on moon.
