Hey guys, I need help with an HD PVR. I finally got my HD PVR working with my Xbox 360(took me 10 months, but it's working...-.-)And now, the playback is horrible. The resolution is 240p to 480p and not HD. Also, the playback is lagged by a shitload. It slows down, then speeds up and has a 3-5 delay. It is GAY!! I hate the HD PVR. For 11 months, this thing hasn't been working for me. Is it too late to send it back?
